Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- Hawaii

This position offers an opportunity to build and grow a psychiatric practice in Hawaii with comprehensive support from an experienced clinical leadership team. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy over treatment decisions while the organization handles credentialing, billing, and practice development.

This is a part-time, contract role designed for experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are committed to treating their practice as a primary professional priority and investing in sustainable practice growth. The position requires a minimum commitment of two days per week.

Clinical Setting and Responsibilities

You will provide psychiatric care through a flexible practice model that supports office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid arrangements. You maintain your own schedule and control over treatment decisions while receiving support from the clinical team.

Required Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Hawaii (must reside in state)
• Minimum two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Up to $248 per hour (pay dependent on session type)
