Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Arkansas)

This is a contract position for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to build and grow an outpatient psychiatric practice in Arkansas. You will maintain clinical autonomy over all treatment decisions while receiving comprehensive support for practice development, credentialing, billing, and clinical consultation.

Clinical Setting

You will provide outpatient psychiatric care with complete flexibility to deliver services via office-based visits, telemedicine, or a hybrid model. You control your own schedule and caseload composition.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for outpatient clients
• Make independent treatment decisions and maintain clinical autonomy
• Participate in weekly office hours and peer consultation with the clinical leadership team
• Commit to at least two days weekly to practice growth and client development

Required Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas (must reside in state)
• Minimum two years of outpatient prescribing experience as a PMHNP

Compensation and Employment

• Contract position (1099)
• Part-time or full-time availability
• Up to $200 per hour (pay dependent on session type)
• Bi-weekly payment for completed sessions
• Guaranteed payment for no-shows
