LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health practice. This is a 100% outpatient role providing medication management and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in a collegial, supportive clinical environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team in modern offices equipped with the latest digital technology, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekend requirements.
Clinical Setting
LifeStance Health operates outpatient mental health clinics throughout Minnesota, including locations in Anoka, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Centerville, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Maplewood, and St. Paul. The company is expanding with new locations opening throughout the year. All work is conducted in-person at clinics or through digital health telemedicine offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy services to patients
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other clinical team members
- Maintain clinical excellence in patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Minnesota PMHNP license (Board Eligible or Board Certified)
- Unencumbered DEA registration
- Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
Schedule
- Flexible work schedules available
- Full-time and part-time (20 hours per week minimum) positions available
- Hybrid model
- No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $170,000 to $230,000 annually (full-time)
- Unlimited/uncapped earnings based on productivity model
