Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) - Inpatient / Outpatient - FT

Ally Psychiatry, a physician-owned and physician-led behavioral health organization, is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) and Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PA-C) for full-time positions in the Boca Raton, FL market. This role offers the flexibility to work in outpatient, inpatient, or hospital-based psychiatry settings, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Clinical Setting

You will work alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nursing teams, and operational leaders in one or more of the following settings:

• Outpatient psychiatry
• Inpatient psychiatry
• Behavioral health clinics
• Hospital-based psychiatry

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Treat adult patients with acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
• Participate in collaborative care models
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Board certification as PMHNP-BC or PA-C with CAQ-Psych or equivalent psychiatric experience
• Active professional license in Florida
• Willingness to submit to background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
• Strong psychiatric clinical rotations or psychiatric nursing background
• Comfort working in hospital-based settings
• New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience are welcome to apply
