Ally Psychiatry, a physician-owned and physician-led behavioral health organization, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) for full-time positions in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers the flexibility to work in outpatient, inpatient, or hospital-based psychiatry settings, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Clinical Setting
You will work alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nursing teams, and operational leaders in one or more of the following settings:
- Outpatient psychiatry clinics
- Inpatient psychiatric units
- Behavioral health clinics
- Hospital-based psychiatry programs
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Manage medication for adult patients with psychiatric conditions
- Treat patients with acute psychiatric challenges in hospital environments
- Build long-term patient relationships in outpatient settings
- Participate in collaborative care models
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification as PMHNP-BC (for Nurse Practitioners) or PA-C certification with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience (for Physician Assistants)
- Experience or strong clinical background in psychiatric care
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an inpatient psychiatric provider
- New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
- Comfort working in hospital-based settings
