Ally Psychiatry, a physician-owned and physician-led behavioral health organization, is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA) for full-time positions in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers the flexibility to work in outpatient, inpatient, or hospital-based psychiatry settings, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Clinical Setting

You will work alongside experienced psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nursing teams, and operational leaders in one or more of the following settings:

  • Outpatient psychiatry clinics
  • Inpatient psychiatric units
  • Behavioral health clinics
  • Hospital-based psychiatry programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments
  • Manage medication for adult patients with psychiatric conditions
  • Treat patients with acute psychiatric challenges in hospital environments
  • Build long-term patient relationships in outpatient settings
  • Participate in collaborative care models
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certification as PMHNP-BC (for Nurse Practitioners) or PA-C certification with CAQ-Psych or psychiatric experience (for Physician Assistants)
  • Experience or strong clinical background in psychiatric care
  • Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an inpatient psychiatric provider
  • New graduates with strong psychiatric clinical rotations and psychiatric RN experience
  • Comfort working in hospital-based settings
