Marathon Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to deliver relationship-based primary care in a value-based model that prioritizes health outcomes over patient volume. In this role, you will practice at the top of your license, providing wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits to patients across Marathon Health's nationwide onsite, nearsite, network, and virtual health centers.
Clinical Setting
Marathon Health operates a leading advanced primary care model partnering with employer and union plan sponsors. You will have access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD at no charge, and will work autonomously within a practice environment designed to support quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide relationship-based primary care including routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Conduct patient appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes with smaller patient panel sizes
- Focus on prevention and wellness alongside acute and chronic disease management
- Manage health education and patient counseling
- Minimize administrative and insurance-related tasks through a non-fee-for-service model
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability

Compensation
- Pay range: $57.00-$76.00 per hour
- Actual offer may vary based on geographic location, years of experience, and skill level
