PRN Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Infusion Center - Middle TN

TwelveStone Infusion Centers is hiring a PRN Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care in our infusion centers across Middle Tennessee, including locations in Murfreesboro, Skyline/Nashville, Bellevue, Spring Hill, Mount Juliet, and Clarksville. This outpatient role focuses on the safe and effective administration of biologic medications such as Remicade and Tysabri, along with a full range of infusion services including antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. You will occasionally perform sterile dressing changes and lab draws.

Clinical Setting

Our infusion centers manage the complete continuum of patient care from intake and assessment through treatment completion. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy outpatient environment with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family-centered IV infusion care
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic health needs
• Facilitate consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among healthcare team members
• Incorporate patients and families in care planning and treatment
• Serve as an advocate for patients and families in navigating the healthcare system
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, health professionals, agencies, patients, and families
• Promote mutual respect and trust within a team model
• Review, update, and recommend relevant medical, clinical, and administrative policies, procedures, and education to ensure high-quality patient care
• Actively participate in quality initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
• Participate in patient service and program reviews

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school, OR a degree and certification from NCCPA
• Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice, OR an active, unrestricted license from NCCPA in the state where you practice
• Current active board certification with ANCC or AANP (or equivalent for PA credentials)
• CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands-on/in-person assessment)
• 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in a clinical setting, OR 3 or more years as a Registered Nurse in oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center
• Infusion experience is required
• High degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses
