Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - G-Tube Young Adult

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for full-time and part-time private duty nursing positions. You will provide direct care to a young adult patient with a G-tube and seizure management needs in a home-based setting in the Boomer, NC 28606 area.

Clinical Setting

• Private duty home care
• Patient population: Young adult
• Primary clinical focus: G-tube care and seizure management
• Electronic documentation via tablet in patient's home

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in North Carolina (or compact license transferable to North Carolina within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Compliance with all health-related requirements in relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
