Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - San Antonio, TX

Dominion Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established outpatient primary care practice in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time position providing 100% outpatient primary care to patients ages 17 and older in a patient-centered private practice setting.

Clinical Setting

You will work within a collaborative team environment consisting of 3 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. The practice is known for its high-support, manageable-volume setting that balances mentorship for newer providers with clinical autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients ages 17 and older
• Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women's health
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

Schedule

• Full-time position
• No nights or weekends
• Outpatient hours only

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of primary care experience
