Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Bronx 174th

Nao Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an outpatient primary care role at our Bronx 174th location. This position combines the continuity of primary care with the variety of urgent care, offering a dynamic patient mix including preventive care and acute visits. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat both acute and chronic conditions while working with modern technology designed to reduce administrative burden.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a multi-specialty outpatient healthcare network serving the Bronx community. The role offers multiple schedule options to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
• Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
• Document visits in the EMR using AI-powered documentation tools designed to reduce charting time

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification from AANP or ANCC (FNP)
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA and CDL certifications preferred or willingness to obtain

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of primary care or urgent care experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000–$188,000 (depending on experience and schedule)
• Performance incentive bonuses: up to $45,000 per year
