PMHNP Nurse Practitioner - Chicago Bucktown

LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) for our Chicago Bucktown location. In this role, you will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and child/adolescent populations in a collegial, supportive clinical environment. You will work with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other clinical professionals in newly designed, modern offices equipped with the latest digital technology.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an outpatient behavioral health setting providing both in-person care at our clinic and digital health telemedicine services. LifeStance is the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the country, focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy services to assigned patient populations
• Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team
• Utilize digital health technology to deliver care

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with medication management
• Experience in both medication management and therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Full Practice Authority License for Illinois
