Physician, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner or Neuro NP - Macon, Georgia

Clinical Exam Experts contracts licensed clinicians to perform consultative examinations for state Disability Determination Services. This is part-time, per diem, 1099 independent contractor work. You maintain your own practice and select exam days as they become available at the Macon, Georgia clinic. Psychologists and psychiatrists are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Examine claimants and document findings on standardized forms
• Conduct physical examinations in person at the clinic
• Conduct mental health examinations via telehealth or in person
• Work with pre-prepared charts and scheduled claimants

What This Role Does Not Include

• Treatment provision
• Prescribing medications
• Billing responsibilities
• On-call duties
• Follow-up care
• Panel management

Schedule

• You choose which clinic dates to work
• Clinic dates open as volume becomes available
• No minimum commitment required
• Flexible, per diem arrangement

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia professional license
• One of the following credentials: MD, DO, PhD, PsyD, NP, or PA
• License must be in good standing with no restrictions

Accepted Credentials

• Physician (MD/DO), including psychiatrists
• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)

Compensation

• Paid per completed examination
• Rates determined by credential level
• Rates discussed during the interview process
