Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the post-acute care setting, providing clinical care in skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers. In this role, you will round on patients, work collaboratively with nursing staff, administrators, and supervising physicians, and contribute to improving patient health and well-being in the post-acute environment.

Responsibilities

• Round on patients in SNF/Rehab settings
• Work closely with nurses, administrators, and supervising physician to improve patient health and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Neurology
