Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Dermatology - Palm Springs

Skin and Cancer Institute, a leading dermatology practice with locations across California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team in Palm Springs. You will work closely with board-certified dermatologists to deliver comprehensive dermatologic care with a strong emphasis on skin cancer detection and treatment. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, professional environment alongside nationally recognized leaders in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin evaluations and skin cancer screenings
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Conduct in-office procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and related treatments
• Assist in surgical dermatology cases and provide post-operative care
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, and prevention
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Dermatology experience (training provided for the right candidate without prior dermatology background)
