Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner General Cardiology, Full-Time, Weekdays - Petaluma, CA (451679)

Providence Medical Group Cardiology is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its Cardiology team in Petaluma, California. This is an outpatient role providing comprehensive cardiac care to patients across northern California.

Clinical Setting

You will work in an outpatient cardiology clinic with dedicated support staff. Providence Medical Group includes physicians and advance practice providers, creating a collegial work environment. The regional group operates 40+ clinic locations across Sonoma County and is supported by Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, the region's only Level II Trauma Center, along with hospitals in Healdsburg and Petaluma.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient follow-ups and ongoing cardiac care
• Perform pre-operative clearance evaluations
• Manage protime and cardiac device care
• Conduct medication reviews and process medication refills
• Provide triage care and clinical decision-making
• Work in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No hospital call schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of cardiology experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $167,935 to $217,245 (based on full-time status)
• Salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable
• CME allowance provided
• Eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
