The opportunity
Job Description
This position offers an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive preventive and acute health care services to patients ranging from age 18 through geriatrics. You will evaluate complex health histories, perform patient examinations, diagnose and treat acute to chronic conditions, interpret laboratory results and imaging, prescribe and manage medications and therapies, and provide health teaching and counseling to support healthy lifestyle behaviors and prevent illness. You will also refer patients to other professionals as needed and deliver high-quality, cost-effective, individualized care to patients, families, and communities.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current Arizona NP or PA license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
- Endocrinology experience
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM patient contact hours
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM patient contact hours
- Full-time position at one location
Compensation
- $100,000 to $120,000 per year
