Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic Injector

Thrive Medspa is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our upscale medical aesthetics practice as an Aesthetic Injector. In this role, you will provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and perform injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient anatomy, medical history, goals, and treatment suitability
• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify), dermal fillers, lip and facial balancing, EZ Gel, ablative and non-ablative lasers, radio frequency, biostimulators, and advanced facial rejuvenation treatments
• Provide patients with clear education regarding treatment expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and potential adverse effects
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and treatment documentation
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
• Provide appropriate follow-up care and address patient concerns professionally
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication
• Stay current with evolving aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices
• Participate in training, education, and professional development as needed
• Represent Thrive Medspa in a professional manner and contribute to a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the applicable state
• Current DEA registration and other required prescribing credentials, as applicable
• Minimum 2–3 years of aesthetic injection experience
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injectables
• Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient-safety awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to provide exceptional, personalized patient care
