Job Description

HealthPartners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Primary Care team within the Well@Work department. Well@Work Clinics are employer-based clinics that provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members. In this role, you will work independently to deliver clinical care while partnering with employers, patients, and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population. You will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their families
  • Work independently as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Partner with employers, patients, and colleagues to support employee health and wellness

Clinical Setting

This position is based at the Well@Work Coon Rapids and Brooklyn Park locations, serving employer-based clinic populations.

Required Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior clinical experience

Schedule

This is a 1.0 FTE position with the following weekly schedule:

  • Monday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm at Coon Rapids
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm at Brooklyn Park
  • Wednesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm at Coon Rapids
  • Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm at Brooklyn Park
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm at Coon Rapids
