Per Diem Registered Nurse - IV Infusion & Wellness

Relive Health, a longevity and wellness center in Great Neck, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy, hydration treatments, and injections in a modern outpatient wellness clinic. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling with a focus on IV infusion therapy and patient education in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Clinical Setting

Relive Health specializes in personalized wellness solutions including IV vitamin therapy, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and regenerative and aesthetic treatments. You will work in a professional, welcoming outpatient clinic setting alongside medical providers and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV vitamin therapy, hydration treatments, and prescribed injections according to provider orders and established protocols
• Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and peripheral IV catheter placement
• Monitor patients throughout infusions and recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
• Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Follow all applicable New York State nursing regulations, infection control standards, and clinical protocols
• Ensure appropriate provider orders, patient assessments, and required clinical clearances are completed before administering treatments
• Maintain treatment rooms, medical supplies, and IV inventory
• Collaborate with medical providers, front desk staff, and the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Assist with patient follow-up and clinical questions as appropriate
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered experience

Schedule

• Minimum two Saturdays per month (generally 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Availability for one additional weekday on an as-needed basis
• Additional shifts may be offered based on patient volume and clinic needs
• Flexibility and reliability are essential

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong IV insertion, infusion administration, and phlebotomy skills
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work independently within RN scope of practice and collaborate with medical providers

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• Previous experience in IV infusion, emergency medicine, ICU, outpatient care, or wellness clinics
• Experience with hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or regenerative wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and clinical judgment
