One Medical is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care services at our West Portal location in San Francisco. This is a casual, hourly clinician role offering 8-23 patient care hours per week.
Clinical Setting
You will work in a primary care environment that combines in-office and virtual care services. One Medical provides seamless access to preventive care, chronic care management, acute care, mental health services, and on-site laboratory services.
Responsibilities
- See patients with a broad array of clinical needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
- Perform in-office procedures utilizing your specific clinical training
- Collaborate daily with in-office teammates through huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states as needed
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least one of the following:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting plus either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Active California state license, obtained by your One Medical start date
Schedule
- Per diem, hourly position
- 8-23 patient care hours per week
- Casual employment classification
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $96.00
- Final starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule
- Additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding specified qualifications
