Pediatric School Nurse RN LPN

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric School Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients in the Davis County area. This role offers the opportunity to work with rewarding cases while delivering personalized, compassionate care to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients
• Manage daily patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider
• Document clinical notes daily within the EMR system (Kantime)
• Partner with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure timely, personalized patient support

Schedule

• Days: Monday through Friday
• Full-time or part-time positions available
• 8 to 12 hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nursing License (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to patient locations

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of healthcare experience
• Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus

• Days: $2,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $1,000 (part-time)
• Nights: $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $2,500 (part-time)
• Weekly pay
