Pediatric School Nurse RN

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Pediatric School Nurse RN to join our team in the Ogden area. In this role, you will provide in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients, working directly with families and clinical teams to deliver personalized, high-quality support.

Clinical Setting

You will work with medically complex pediatric patients in their homes, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to the pediatric patients you serve
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider
• Document clinical notes daily within the EMR system (Kantime)

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, days shift available
• Full-time or part-time positions with 8-12 hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to patient locations

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of healthcare experience
• Experience with tracheostomy or ventilator care

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus

• Days shift: $2,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $1,000 (part-time)
• Nights shift: $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) or $2,500 (part-time)
• Weekly pay
