Pediatric Nurse for 1.1 Care | School & Home | Seven Hills

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a pediatric patient in both school and home settings in Seven Hills, OH. This position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to work in a supportive healthcare environment.

Clinical Setting

You will deliver direct nursing care in dual settings: the patient's school and home environments. This role focuses on individualized pediatric care with consistent one-to-one patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided to the client
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request necessary revisions from the prescriber as patient status and needs change
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervene as applicable in response to changes in patient condition and report such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document the effectiveness of interventions
• Review the plan of care and program protocols, and identify areas for healthcare teaching, education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as applicable

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio
• Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of prior Registered Nurse experience

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $30 - $40 per hour
• Weekly paychecks
