Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric private duty home care in Middlesex County, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients ranging from infants to older adults in their homes. You will work one-on-one with individual clients on a flexible schedule that you choose, building meaningful relationships while supporting their health and development.

Clinical Setting

Private duty home care differs from traditional home health visits. You will travel to one client home near you on a schedule you select, with no minimum hour requirements. Clients range from low acuity to complex cases including tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients. BAYADA provides extensive training to help you develop the skills needed to care for your assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document physicians' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform nursing skills with autonomy in the home setting

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey

Schedule and Employment

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums
• Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available
• Traditional shifts available: 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Short commute times—cases are matched to your location

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $32 to $35 per hour based on qualifications
