Clinical Setting

You will work in a pediatric day health care center serving medically fragile children in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician
  • Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child in your care

Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts with no nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Required Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania LPN license
  • CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
  • Clear criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pediatric nursing experience (not required; training will be provided)
