Clinical Setting
You will work in a pediatric day health care center serving medically fragile children in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician
- Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child in your care
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts with no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Clear criminal background check
