Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Rock Hill office to join our Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. In this role, you will provide one-to-one client care in home settings, delivering compassionate and reliable nursing services to pediatric patients and their families.

Clinical Setting

You will travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. As a home care provider, you will work independently while following established protocols and maintaining communication with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes on a flexible schedule of your choosing
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document physicians' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule and Flexibility

Flexible schedules are available to match your preferences, including days, afternoons, evenings, and nights. You will be matched with clients based on your chosen availability.

Compensation

Pay range: $26-$28 per hour
