Patient Care Technician - Sleep Disorders Clinic

Patient Care Technicians in the Sleep Disorders Clinic support clinical and administrative operations while working alongside Medical Assistants and Providers. This full-time position is based in Traverse City, Michigan, at Munson Healthcare, northern Michigan's largest healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic
• Prepare and maintain required patient care documentation including Medical Histories and referral requests
• Assist with day-to-day clinic operations to ensure optimal patient care
• Support Medical Assistants and Providers as needed
• Contribute to smooth clinic operations

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire and maintained)
