Job Description

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the 2A Admissions unit at Edgewood Hospital. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to support the unit under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist with patient safety and environmental support activities as needed.

Schedule

Full-time position
36 hours weekly
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care as directed by nursing staff
Perform vital signs monitoring
Support patient safety initiatives
Assist with environmental support activities
Demonstrate proper body mechanics

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Ability to perform vital signs
Knowledge of proper body mechanics
General computer skills and applications
Customer service experience
