Patient Care Technician I, Per Diem Variable Shift, Operating Room, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician I to join the Operating Room surgical care team on a per diem, variable shift basis. Under the direction of the RN, you will assist the department in ensuring smooth patient workflow throughout all phases of surgical care. You will work as part of the surgical team, providing essential support with equipment, supplies, and positioning devices while maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment and promoting an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient workflow in all phases of surgical care
• Provide support with surgical equipment, supplies, and positioning devices
• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
• Promote positive customer experience for patients and families
• Work collaboratively with the RN and surgical care team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to read and write English

Schedule

• Per diem, variable shift position
• Operating Room setting
