Job Description
The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Nursing is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center. Under direct supervision, you will assist members of the nursing team in providing multiple types of patient care in both inpatient and outpatient care areas. This role requires familiarity with a wide variety of nursing procedures used in delivering patient care.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Varying 8 to 10 hour shifts
- No weekends or holidays
- Hourly position
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
