Job Description

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide direct dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Your responsibilities will include measuring and recording vital signs, making patient observations, setting up hemodialysis machines, and managing complex clinical tasks while maintaining high standards of care. This is an independent setting that requires constant critical thinking, multitasking, and attention to detail to meet clinical outcomes and support both patients and SNF partners.
