Patient Care Technician - 4th Floor South - FULL TIME DAYS 7AM-7PM MULLICA HILL TOWER

Join Inspira Health as a Patient Care Technician on 4th Floor South, a full-time day position working 7am-7pm at Mullica Hill Tower. In this role, you will work under the direction of registered nurses to maintain safe, clean patient environments and assist with basic patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment in patient rooms and service areas
• Assist licensed personnel with basic patient needs
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support patients' activities of daily living

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One of the following: previous experience as a nurse aide, residential aide, or patient aide with experience supporting patients' activities of daily living and vital signs; completion of a nurse aide, multi-skilled tech, or patient care tech course; or completion of one clinical semester in an LPN/RN program
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Welle Training (computer and classroom) within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide license or Patient Care Technician certification

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, reaching, and walking. You will occasionally lift 20-50 lbs and may occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. Frequent carrying and pushing are required. You will occasionally encounter noxious odors and patient exposure. Hearing and vision capabilities are necessary for the role.
