Patient Care Technician 2 FT Nights

As a Patient Care Technician 2, you will support nurses and provide direct patient care to patients at our Lakeway location. In this role, you will assist with basic patient care activities, help patients with personal hygiene and dietary needs, and support the nursing team in delivering quality care. Your specific duties may vary by clinical area or shift, and may include medication management assistance.

Schedule

• Full-time nights: three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Some weekends required
• Full-time orientation required the first week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical care to patients
• Assist patients with personal hygiene and dietary requirements
• Support nursing staff with patient care activities
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• Manage medication-related tasks as assigned by area or shift

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Less than one year of professional experience
• BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
