Part Time Virtual Family Practice Nurse Practitioner - Temporary (OK Licensed) | Up to $10,000 Bonus

Sprinter Health is seeking a Part-Time Virtual Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to conduct virtual wellness visits with patients in their homes. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide a wide range of healthcare services including virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits, health assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and care coordination. You will work collaboratively with our clinical in-home team members to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and address specific patient needs while maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review your caseload and prepare technology at the start of each day
• Conduct thorough health risk assessments, medication reviews, and cognitive screenings
• Perform virtual wellness visits with adult and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with in-home clinical team members to evaluate vital signs and arrange blood draws
• Provide comprehensive care coordination and management, including preventive care interventions and medication management
• Arrange referrals to specialists and community resources as needed
• Document findings and maintain accurate patient records
• Empower patients with educational information regarding their health and well-being
• Work independently while maintaining high-quality clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• Consistent demonstration of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion
• Prior experience performing wellness visits
• Technologically savvy and comfortable using laptops, mobile devices for charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging apps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Pass national background check and valid clinical license search
