Join Carbon Health as a Part Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Littleton, CO urgent care clinic. You will provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, treating patients of all ages with a variety of acute conditions while working within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.

Clinical Setting

Carbon Health operates a national network of urgent care clinics. You will work in our Littleton, CO location, which uses CarbyOS, our proprietary AI-powered electronic health record system designed to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical efficiency. The clinic environment is structured to support clinicians with immediate access to supervisors and experienced colleagues for consultation and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for urgent care conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs
  • Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, and splint applications
  • Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes
  • Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain clinic flow, typically seeing 4-5 patients per hour

Schedule

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Weekend and holiday shifts are available and include a 6.1% differential bonus on top of your base hourly rate.

Required Qualifications

  • For Nurse Practitioners: Current RN license, NP certification, and valid state license
  • For Physician Assistants: Medical or Master's degree with valid state license and national certification
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license
  • Ability to treat patients of all ages
  • DOT Certification (must be obtained prior to start date; Carbon Health covers course and exam fees and provides resources)
  • BLS certification (must be obtained before your first day)
