Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Scranton, PA

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic setting in Scranton, PA. You will prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, complete medical documentation, collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care including referrals to other medical providers and community services, and perform injections.

Clinical Setting

Crossroads operates outpatient, office-based clinics across eight states. Our Scranton clinic provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder to help patients start their path to recovery.

Schedule

This is a permanent part-time position with a target of 12 weekly hours. The proposed schedule is Tuesday 12-4 PM, Wednesday 8 AM-12 PM, and Thursday 8 AM-12 PM, based at the Scranton primary center.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure authorized to practice in Pennsylvania
• Primary specialty in one of the following: Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry
• DEA Certificate of Registration in Pennsylvania with ability to prescribe schedules 2, 2N, 3, 4, and 5
• Eligibility for enrollment in Medicaid and Medicare credentials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in addiction medicine
• Experience treating patients with opioid use disorder (OUD)
• Experience providing medication for opioid use disorder
