Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (North Region)

Calibrate is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered obesity care through telehealth. In this role, you will work with an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide comprehensive metabolic health treatment that combines clinical care, personalized coaching, and lifestyle intervention. You'll help patients achieve lasting weight loss and improved metabolic outcomes using Calibrate's innovative, value-based care model.

Clinical Setting

This is a remote telehealth position serving patients across the North Region. You will work Monday through Friday with afternoon and/or evening hours available, committing 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class clinical care and patient experience consistent with Calibrate's standards
• Review patient intake and conduct initial patient interactions, including discussion of obesity science and prescription of appropriate weight loss therapy based on Calibrate clinical protocols
• Review and manage daily tasks, member messages, and lab results during assigned shifts
• Oversee patient progress and engage with coaches to coordinate care
• Participate in regularly scheduled patient check-ins to review progress
• Utilize Calibrate's detailed clinical treatment paradigm designed to support patients in achieving weight-loss goals
• Follow state regulations for collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as required by your state of licensure

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialty)
• Active, unrestricted license in one of the following states: IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, or WY
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong virtual bedside manner
• Experience conducting telehealth visits

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with metabolic health

Schedule

• Part-time position: 24 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Afternoon and/or evening hours
• Remote work from any state
