Part Time ICU Registered Nurse

This part-time position offers direct patient care in a critical care environment within a four-bed ICU unit serving post-surgical and critically ill patients. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities while promoting a patient- and family-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Address patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
• Educate patients and families on managing their conditions
• Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care
• Ensure safety and quality compliance
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities
• Respond to hospital emergencies and serve as a member of the clinical emergency response team

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Alertness and adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Two or more years of nursing experience
• ICU experience
