PA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Complete Care is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in Macungie, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support residents' comfort, safety, and well-being by assisting with daily living activities and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver person-centered care.

Schedule

• 9-day rotation, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist with feeding, including tube feedings and mealtime care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with mobility issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-first mindset
