One Behavioral is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in behavioral health to join our outpatient team in Friendswood, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric services to patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents (ages 4-17) and adults (age 18 and older) in a supportive, judgment-free clinical environment.
Clinical Setting
- Outpatient behavioral health practice
- Multidisciplinary team environment
- Comprehensive services including medication management, therapy, psychological testing, and innovative treatment options
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients across the lifespan
- Participate in bi-monthly or weekly team meetings with supervising physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to address psychological concerns
- Contribute to crisis resolution, positive self-awareness development, and patient personal growth
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- No weekend calls
- Flexible employment options: full-time, part-time, or 1099 contract
Required Qualifications
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Texas license in good standing at time of hire
- Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team
