Operating Room Clinical Manager RN

A hospital in Cypress, TX is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Manager RN for a mid-level leadership position. This is a days-based, on-site role requiring direct supervisory responsibility and in-person presence at the facility. Partial relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and clinical leadership for the Operating Room department
• Guide staff performance, workflow, and standards of care
• Maintain direct supervisory responsibility for OR staff
• Collaborate across clinical and administrative teams to maintain departmental effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Active RN Texas license or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of OR acute care experience
• Minimum of 3 years of current OR management experience (defined as supervisor, assistant clinical manager, clinical manager, or director)
• Updated resume with accurate job history dates and units worked

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong and efficient communication skills
• Robotics OR experience
• Neuro OR experience

Schedule

• Days position

Compensation

• $89,000 - $134,000 per year
