OnSite Dermatology - Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner - Part Time

OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time position serving the Melbourne, FL area. This role provides mobile dermatology services to seniors living in retirement communities and nursing homes, focusing on the detection and treatment of skin cancers, pre-cancers, inflammation, scaling, infections, and other skin conditions. You will work with an established patient base, diagnosing and treating untreated skin conditions for a vulnerable, underserved population.

Clinical Setting

OnSite Dermatology is a national, fast-growing mobile dermatology practice. You will visit 2-3 communities per day, with all communities grouped by location to minimize travel time. The practice provides a fully staffed back office to manage appointments, insurance verification, and billing, along with a cloud-based dermatology-specific EMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and diagnose a variety of dermatological disorders
• Conduct full body skin examinations
• Perform skin biopsies, cryotherapy, and electrodesiccation and curettage (ED&C)
• Treat patients in retirement communities and nursing homes

Schedule

• Part-time, 2-3 days per week
• Daily travel required throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas

Required Qualifications

• Valid state PA or NP license
• Minimum 1 year of medical dermatology experience
