OnSite Dermatology - Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner - Part Time/ Full Time

OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience to provide mobile dermatology services to seniors living in retirement communities and nursing homes in the Roswell, GA area. This part-time position offers 1-5 days per week with flexibility and autonomy in a medically oriented dermatology role serving an underserved patient population. You will diagnose and treat pre-cancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, scaling, infections, and other skin conditions, often identifying untreated skin cancers in patients who would otherwise go without dedicated dermatology care.

Clinical Setting

You will work with an established patient base across 2-3 retirement communities and nursing homes per day, all grouped by location. OnSite Dermatology is a national, fast-growing mobile dermatology practice with a proven business model. The organization provides fully staffed back office support for appointment management, insurance verification, and billing, along with a cloud-based dermatology-specific electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and diagnose a variety of dermatological disorders
• Conduct full body skin examinations
• Perform skin biopsies
• Perform cryotherapy and electrodesiccation and curettage (ED&C)
• Treat patients in multiple community locations daily

Schedule

• Part-time, 1-5 days per week
• Daily travel required throughout the Roswell, GA area and surrounding communities

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1 year of medical dermatology experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Geriatric experience
