Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Summit Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY. This in-person position involves providing patient care through a telehealth platform in a modern, collaborative clinical environment. You will conduct patient evaluations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments and effective treatment plans.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a multi-specialty practice with a modern clinical environment, collaborating with physicians and clinical staff. The role involves seeing approximately 25 patients per day through a telemedicine platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits through a telemedicine platform
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York
• Credentialed with both Medicare and Medicaid
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Telehealth experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $150,000–$200,000
