Stallant Health & Wellness is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a new Rural Health Clinic in Highland, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a healthcare setting designed around hospitality principles, emphasizing prevention, lifestyle medicine, and whole-person wellness alongside evidence-based clinical practice.

Clinical Setting

The Rural Health Clinic integrates spa-inspired spaces with personalized, warm patient care. You will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and concierge staff to deliver seamless patient experiences that extend beyond symptom management to focus on prevention and lifestyle optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care by blending evidence-based medicine with lifestyle and preventive strategies
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and concierge staff to create a warm, seamless patient experience
  • Incorporate hospitality-inspired touches into daily workflows so each visit feels personalized and uplifting
  • Support prevention through screenings, counseling, and patient education
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with Rural Health Clinic and state/federal standards
  • Engage with the community to extend the clinic's mission beyond the clinic walls

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing with active California Nurse Practitioner license, OR Master's degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program with active California Physician Assistant license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Genuine passion for whole-person wellness

Preferred Qualifications

  • IEHP Credentialing

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $170,000 per year (40 hours)
