Union Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Bone and Joint North location. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a sports medicine and orthopedic setting, working closely with hand surgeons and supporting the walk-in clinic. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the Wabash Valley communities.

Clinical Setting

You will work at the Bone and Joint North location, a sports medicine and orthopedic practice. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Complete routine physical assessments using systematic assessment skills
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient clinical problems and healthcare needs
  • Record physical findings, formulate treatment plans and prognosis based on patient condition
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and physician instructions
  • Respect patient rights, including the right to informed consent, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care
  • Assist with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and department protocols

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited MSN or PA program
  • Active Indiana RN license
  • Active APRN or PA/CSR license or eligibility for licensure
  • AANP, ANCC, or PA certification
  • BLS certification
