  • Document patient visits clearly and efficiently in the EMR
  • Review and order imaging when clinically appropriate, including X-rays and MRIs
  • Develop treatment plans that may include medications, physical therapy, imaging, referrals, bracing, durable medical equipment/medical supplies, and follow-up care
  • Prescribe medications and medical supplies within the provider's scope of practice and based on clinical necessity
  • Coordinate care with orthopedic, interventional pain, physical therapy, and administrative teams

  • Travel between clinic locations as needed
  • Perform office-based procedures such as trigger point injections and other office-based musculoskeletal procedures after appropriate training and demonstrated competency

Schedule

This position is expected to include approximately 2–3 clinic days per week, primarily at locations in Queens and the Bronx. Additional clinic days and locations may be added over time depending on patient volume, scheduling needs, and practice growth. You should be comfortable traveling between assigned clinic locations in Queens and the Bronx.
