Nurse Practitioner

This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with ear, nose, and throat conditions in a dynamic clinical environment. You will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of ENT-related conditions in both outpatient and procedural settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat common ENT conditions such as sinusitis, allergies, ear infections, hearing issues, and throat disorders
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging, labs, and audiology reports
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate, such as nasal endoscopy, cerumen removal, and minor procedures
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care
• Collaborate with ENT physicians on complex cases and surgical planning
• Document patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR system
• Participate in follow-up care and ongoing patient management
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio
• DEA license and prescriptive authority
• Knowledge of medical documentation standards including ICD-10, CPT coding, and HIPAA compliance
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in ENT, family practice, urgent care, or related specialty

Compensation

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
