Nurse Practitioner

SonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C. is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (103 PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population. This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model, with support from SonderMind's care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards
• Manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure seamless and integrated care experiences for clients
• Maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters
• Utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery
• Leverage modern AI technologies as part of everyday workflow, including platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or other industry-standard AI productivity tools

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s)
• 103 designation
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment
• Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms and willingness to continuously adapt as new tools emerge

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year

Compensation Model

This role operates under SonderMind's Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan. PMHNPs are hired at a guaranteed base salary with a defined baseline expectation of completed clinical encounters per pay period. After meeting baseline expectations, clinicians may earn additional compensation per completed session. All administrative responsibilities, including documentation, care coordination, and internal collaboration, are included within the base salary.
