Nurse Practitioner, Skilled Nursing

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This is a full-time position offering excellent benefits, competitive compensation with bonus structure, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner
• Administer injections and immunizations
• Perform suturing and wound management
• Manage infections and related clinical conditions
• Instruct and counsel patients on therapeutic regimens
• Provide normal growth and development information to patients

Required Qualifications

• Active NP nursing license

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience
